What we collect
This site has three forms. They collect what they show you, nothing more.
- The deal list: name, email, state, strategy, capital band, timeline.
- Request a call: the same, plus a phone number and a best time to call.
- The seller form: name, phone or email, property address, condition, timeline, and any notes you add.
There are no accounts, no tracking pixels, and no data brokers. If you never submit a form, we hold nothing on you.
What we use it for
To contact you, and to send deal memos. That is the entire list. We don't score it, enrich it, or hand it to advertisers.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in our own infrastructure on Cloudflare, the platform that hosts this site. Access is limited to the people who run MSIR.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless. It counts page views without cookies, fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking — which is why there's no cookie banner.
No sale of data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. To anyone.
Deletion
Want off the deal list, or your records gone entirely? Email [email protected] — or reply to any memo — and we'll delete your submissions on request.
Changes
If this policy changes, the change appears on this page with a new effective date.
